Who is responsible

IA Liable for Tax is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact LiableforTax@proton.me.

Launch-list emails

When you join the Liable for Tax launch list, we store your email address and sign-up time to notify you when the app launches. The basis for this use is your consent when you sign up. This is not a newsletter subscription, and your address is not used for unrelated marketing.

Price alerts and inquiries

If you request a price alert, we store your email address, selected market, alert type and threshold, and record when the alert triggers. We use this information to send the alert you requested, based on your consent.

When you submit an inquiry or an account suggestion, your name, email address, organization (if provided), category and message are stored first in a private inquiry record in Lovable Cloud, then emailed to our contact inbox. An automatic acknowledgment is also sent to your email address. Failed email sends are retried automatically; after repeated failures, the inquiry is marked for manual follow-up. Delivery status is recorded to help handle unanswered requests. These records are not available to other visitors. Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or to take steps you request before entering a contract.

Please do not send national identity numbers, bank details, ID documents or private tax information through this form. Access to correspondence is restricted to authorized people handling inquiries. Visitors cannot read, change or delete other people's inquiries or access collected launch-list and price-alert email addresses.

Ordinary inquiries are deleted automatically after 90 days, unless there is a documented reason to keep them longer — for example to finish handling your request or to meet a legal obligation. This keeps old questions from lying around unnecessarily and reduces risk for everyone.

Storage and service providers

Launch-list and alert information is stored in Lovable Cloud. Hosting and email-delivery providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website and deliver requested messages. We do not sell your email address. This website does not collect your ID documents, bank account data or crypto transactions; this policy does not cover the future app.

You can ask us to remove your launch-list entry or price alerts at any time. We review whether stored information is still needed for its stated purpose. Correspondence follows the 90-day deletion rule described above and may only be kept longer where necessary to handle your request or meet legal obligations.

Privacy and requests from authorities

Protecting your personal information and respecting your rights matter to us. A request from a public authority does not, by itself, give that authority access to your information.

Before responding to a request from law enforcement or another public authority, we must verify the identity and authority of the requester, the validity of the request and its legal basis. Personal information is disclosed only when legally required, and only to the extent necessary to fulfil that obligation. An unclear or overly broad request must be clarified before any disclosure.

Requests and any disclosure must be documented and handled securely, in accordance with applicable law and privacy requirements. Where legally permitted, we will inform the person concerned. These principles do not mean that we have an existing cooperation agreement with law enforcement, or that authorities have routine access to visitor information.

This section applies to information collected through this website. The future Liable for Tax app will need its own privacy information before it processes personal tax or account data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, and request restriction or portability where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to your local data protection authority, including Datatilsynet in Norway.

To withdraw consent or request deletion, email LiableforTax@proton.me from the address you used to sign up.

All content on this website — including text, market notes, graphics, the IA monogram, the Long Term Strategy mark and other logos — is the property of IA Liable for Tax and is protected by the Norwegian Copyright Act (åndsverkloven) and international copyright law. All rights reserved.

Copying, reproduction, redistribution, scraping or any commercial use of this content, in whole or in part, is not permitted without prior written permission. Screenshots for personal, non-public reference are welcome. To request permission or report unauthorised use of our content or brand, contact LiableforTax@proton.me.
